Reservations&Payment
For the season 2025. we are renting the house for the period from 24.05.-27.09. 2025.
It is possible to rent the house on a weekly basis. Arrivals and departures are from saturday to saturday, so minimum stay is 7 nights.
We make exceptions for dates 24.05.-15.06. and 13.09.-27.09. when it is possible to rent the house for minimum of 4 days and arrive on any day.

When you confirm that you would like to make a reservation you will receive information about the payment. We take advance payment to confirm reservation 25% of full price of stay. The rest you should pay 4 weeks before your stay.

19.07. - 29.08. 460 Euro per night
30.08. - 05.09. 230 Euro per night

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel 60 days or more before you arrive we will refund you the full amount of your deposit minus bank fee.
If you cancel 59 days to 30 days before the arrival we will refund the half of your deposit minus the bank fees.
If you cancel 29 days to 1 day before the arrival we will not refund the deposit.
